General Resources

The National Mentoring Partnership: This site is aimed at a large variety of mentoring audiences and offers many useful ideas for anyone giving or receiving mentoring. It includes great definitions of mentoring as well as advice for mentors and mentees on building the relationship. The toolkit can be found by clicking on “become a better mentor,” then “learn to mentor,” then “course introduction.” The National Mentoring Partnership also gives tips and suggestions on creating and managing an effective mentoring program.

Mentor Program Tips: Provides tips, strategies, and support for the creation of successful mentor programs. Each month new information culled from the Peer Resources Network discussion list is added to this section.
